If you spot a streak after we’ve finished and left, call us, and we’ll come back and touch it up at no charge. The only exceptions are things outside our control: blown window seals or scratches that were already on the glass before we arrived. Even then, we’ll stop by to take a look and explain what we’re seeing.
Roof Cleaning That Avoids Pressure Washing Damage
We don’t pressure wash roofs, and we don’t believe in the method. Our process is a scrub-and-treat hybrid: a wire brush on an extension pole removes up to 90 percent of moss by hand, and a zinc sulfate granule treatment kills whatever remains within four weeks. The goal is to be as aggressive on the moss as possible while keeping the method as gentle as possible on the roofing material.
Safety-First Access for Ladders and Roof Work
Every ladder setup uses stabilizer bars for weight distribution, leg levelers to compensate for uneven ground, and extensions for the transition on and off the roof. For steep or high-risk roofs, we bring full fall protection: five-point harnesses and ropes. If we get up on a roof and the decking is too soft or water-damaged to work on safely, we stop the job, return the deposit, and tell the customer straight that the roof needs replacing before it can be cleaned.

I had a great experience with this company. From first contact all the way to the end, they were professionals and got the job done beautifully and for less than what another company had quoted. My house is on a greenbelt and we had a ton of wind storms over the last year. I know my gutters needed to be cleaned, however I didn't realize how bad they were clogged. From what Jason mentioned, it was pretty gross. Jason came by and did everything by himself (I expected a big team as it's a lot of work!) and he explained the work that would be done beforehand. He even saw some issues with the siding of my house and showed me the photo so I could get it fixed. He is an all around good dude. I think the biggest revelation with just how bad our gutters were clogged and windows dirty came just a few hours after Jason left. It was raining, and I had heard water loudly dripping down some pipes and I thought I had a leak somewhere. I had a slight panic. Then I realized, oh yeah! I remember that sound. That's the sound of a clean gutter when it is functioning properly! Now I know if I don't hear that sound when it rains, I need to make a call. Also, right before then, a poor little bird came swooping down from a tree and collided with our large and VERY clean kitchen window. That's how clean it was. Poor little guy didn't even see it. He chilled on the patio for a bit and shook it off. He and the window were fine. Anyway.. great people. Great job! Will be using them at least once a year to keep my gutters clear as there is no way I am getting on my roof. I appreciate these Ninjas.

Service-Specific Pricing Review
We build your quote around the specific variables for your service. For window cleaning, that includes pane count, accessibility, oversized glass, French panes, storm windows, and the scope of interior or exterior work. For gutter cleaning, we consider square footage, number of stories, roof shape and type, and time since the last professional cleaning. Roof cleaning quotes factor in square footage, number of stories, pitch, roofing material, moss volume, debris load, and time since the last service.

Once we have everything we need, we put together your estimate and send it by email. Most quotes are handled over the phone first and confirmed in writing. Some jobs, particularly those involving unusual property layouts or tricky access, may need a quick in-person look before we can price with confidence. That's the exception, not the standard.

Once you've approved the quote, we lock in a time to get the job done. We schedule during normal business hours, roughly 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We don't make rush promises we can't keep. When we say we're coming, we come.

After the job, we'll walk you through what ongoing service makes sense for your property. For window cleaning, we offer one-time, biannual, and quarterly plans. Customers on a biannual plan get 10 percent off any other service, and customers on a quarterly plan get 15% off. Christmas light installations are not included in those plan discounts.

No, we’re not an after-hours or overnight service company. We work normal business hours, and that’s how we’re set up to serve people well. In some cases, we can handle a business before it opens, but we don’t do late-night or overnight jobs.
