Our Story
After being stationed at McChord Air Force Base in 2005, our founder fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and planted roots in the Tacoma area. In October 2017, Window and Gutter Cleaning Ninjas launched with a straightforward mission: bring military-grade discipline to an industry that needed it. Show up on time. Communicate clearly. Deliver excellent work every single visit.
That is how we run every job, from a 10-pane window cleaning in Puyallup to a major commercial contract in downtown Tacoma. The crew lives by four core values: Grit, Humble, Honor, and Excellence. They show up on every roof, every gutter, and every pane of glass we touch.

- Scrub-and-Treat Roof Cleaning with a Four-Week Guarantee. We physically scrub the moss with a wire brush and treat the roof with a zinc sulfate granule that stops regrowth. If there is still vibrant green moss four weeks later, we re-treat at no charge.
- Specialists in Steep and Difficult-Access Roofs. Steep pitches and hard-to-reach roofs are where we focus. A lot of crews will not touch them. With full fall protection, harnesses, and proper ladder rigging, we will.
- 2% Back to the Community. Two percent of every job goes back to local schools, local churches, and the youth programs our team coaches and volunteers with.

We give more in value than we take in payment. That is the line our crew hears, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to. Every service is backed by a written guarantee, and if something is not right, we come back out and make it right.
We are also straightforward about how we work. Our roof cleaning is a physical scrub-and-treat process, not a pressure wash or a soft wash. All jobs are scheduled during normal business hours. And if our techs get on a roof and it is not safe to walk, we stop the job and refund the deposit because your safety matters more than our revenue.
We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our general liability coverage applies to every service we perform, including roof access work.
