From Mockup to Removal — How Our Holiday Light Installation Works
Step 1: The Free Design Mockup
It starts with your home. The crew pulls imagery from Google Maps or Zillow and generates a software mockup rendered with the color options you are considering. You review the mockup, confirm the palette, and book from there. At this stage, the crew measures linear footage of the install area and notes any approved wrap areas like garage edges and window frames.
Step 2: Scheduling the Install
Once the mockup is confirmed, the job is scheduled. Installs run from October through early December. Booking in early October qualifies for a 15% discount. Late October bookings qualify for 10% off. A deposit is collected at booking.
Step 3: Installation Day
The crew arrives and installs C9 LED bulbs at 12-foot spacing on the confirmed rooflines. Mounting clips are used as standard. Staples are used for garage and window wraps only where the customer has approved. Ladders with stabilizer bars and leg levelers are deployed, and the crew works safely from ladders throughout. A typical install takes 2 to 6 hours depending on linear footage.
Step 4: In-Season Maintenance
If a bulb goes out while the lights are up, the customer calls and the crew comes back to replace it. No charge. It is included in the all-inclusive price.
Step 5: Removal
At the end of the season, removals run through January. The crew takes down every string, pulls every staple, and removes every clip. Nothing is left behind on the roofline or fascia.
Step 6: Storage and Price Lock
The crew stores the lights between seasons, so the customer never has to deal with off-season storage. The price locks for the following season at the same rate. Returning customers receive 5% off automatically when they rebook.

Call us. In-season bulb replacement is included in the all-inclusive price. The crew comes back, swaps the bulb, and there is no charge.
